My suitcase has arrived but I haven't received the key for the TSA Lock?

The key is for TSA agents in America only and is not supplied with the suitcase for security reasons.

What is the Default code to open my Luggage?

All suitcases sold on our site with combination locks are set at 000 when they are dispatched, so you should be able to open your suitcase and find a card inside with directions on how to set your own code.

My luggage was damaged by the Airline is it covered under the warranty?

Please claim directly with the Airline at the airport, the warranty does not cover airline damage. Small amounts of Luggage now do such as Samsonite Proxis if the case is registered and some Victorinox cases in its first year only.

My case is broken how do I get it fixed under warranty

Where is my warranty card

In most cases they are inside a zip compartment within your luggage/ backpack. Please don't worry if it hasn't been stamped. The order confirmation/ proof of purchase sent by email is sufficient for any warranty claims.
