Warranty Policy

If your product unfortunately develops a fault, your first point of contact will be the brand’s repair centre. They will process warranty claims on behalf of the brand.

Any airline damage must be claimed via the airline - warranty unless stated does not cover airline damage.

Please note that Valise Luggage is not responsible for the cost to send the item(s) to the repair centre and this must be covered by the customer.
