Purchasing from Valise Luggage

Ordering at Valise Luggage is fast and secure. To place an order just follow the steps online.
Our secure gateway ensures that your payment is handled in an easy, safe and secure manner. After every transaction is completed you will receive a confirmation email with a reference number relating to your order. Please keep this safe in case you have a query.
 
Your card will be debited on completion of checkout. We accept all major forms of debit and credit cards. We do NOT retain or store any financial information.
 
The items on this website are for you to purchase by placing an order with the company. The Company has the right to refuse orders and no contract will subsist between you and the company unless and until the company accepts your order via email, and despatches the items to you. 

Discount Code is only Valid on Full Price items it it has been applied and used on an item already marked down the company has a right to cancel the order and refund the payment even if the transaction went through.
 
All items are subject to availability. If the company does not supply the items to you for any reason, the company will not charge you for these items and will refund back any money already paid for these items. The company will not be held responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if the company does not supply the items.

All goods remain the property of Explore Trunk ltd until paid for in full. E&OE.

Explore Trunk Ltd will not be held liable for any parcel delays by courier.

Order Processing

We aim to show on our site only items are in stock, and orders are subject to availability of goods at the time the order is received. If the item(s) you order are out of stock we will inform you by e-mail or via telephone. We will do our best to inform you when we will have stock of the item(s) you would like and will suggest the best way of proceeding with your order. Processing of an order normally commences within a few hours of it being placed. Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday period will be processed on the next available working day. Items ordered are usually delivered between 1 and 3 working days from the order being received depending on the shipping method.

Lost items 

Explore Trunk ltd does not take any responsibility for orders that are shipped to commercial, none residential premises or residential apartment blocks where parcels have to be left in the buildings  postal room and are then consequently lost or gone missing following a successful delivery. Commercial properties include but are not limited to; Hotels, B&B's, AirBnB's, Holiday Parks and any other property that is not listed as a residential property.

IMPORTANT: Should you choose to have your order delivered to a place other than the address on your order (i.e. a safe place or drop off point), EXPLORE TRUNK LTD are not liable should the parcel go missing.

Confirmations & Receipts

When you place your online order with us you can print off the summary of your order that will be shown on your screen. You will also be sent an e-mail summarising your order and informing you your order has been placed. This email will also contain details of how your order will be delivered and when you can expect to receive it.

Cancellation of an Order

If after placing an order you wish to cancel it we can accept cancellation right up to the time the items are dispatched, excluding personalised items, as once they are personalised they are unsellable to new customers, so we will not be able to cancel the order. If you would like to return your order we accept returns within 30 days of receipt. The cost of return postage or return delivery is the customer’s responsibility. If you wish to return your order, simply send an email to us at info@valiseluggage.co.uk to let us know you wish to cancel and please see our section on ‘Returns Policy for more information. Refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used to make the original purchase after the returned goods are received by us.

We reserve the right to amend, change, or delete products listed on our site, and the way product images and colours are shown.

Refunds & Exchanges

Please note, as stated on our personalisation app, personalised items cannot be returned of exchanged.

Goods must be returned within 30 days for refund or exchange (from receipt of goods), in their original condition (including packaging) and unused. After this we reserve the right to accept a refund or exchange. The goods are your responsibility until we receive them here so we recommend to use recorded post. We will issue a full refund to the credit or debit card within 7 days after we receive the goods back. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please note there is a £10 return charge from mainland uk address for shipping back to us which will be deducted off your refund if you opted for free delivery option. 

If the item(s) have already been dispatched you will be liable to pay the postage to send it back to us. 

Personalised Items

Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged online or in store.

Voucher Codes

Please note: when signing up for a generic voucher code, you are only eligible to use this on your first order. Once you have used your voucher code which has been sent to you, you are not able to re-use this. Any attempt to do so will result in your order not being processed.

Also, if you have previously ordered an item and then sign up for, and use a voucher code, your order will not be processed.

Any complaints made will be acknowledged as soon as they are received, and certainly within 5 working days. We will advise you of the time it will take to resolve any complaints, and we will keep you informed via email or by phone throughout the process.
